Weather: 88 and very humid

Comments:
ran from squaw rock around the loop to miles, to the polo fields (but not around them) then back and up the trail to som, then back down straight to squaw rock. felt ok in the beginning, but a little tired from what was pretty much a 5-mile tempo run last night. also it was really humid by the river. i was pretty tired by the end of this run, but now i'm pumped to go eat some pancakes!
