Exercise Type: Run
Weather: I would guess about mid 60's to lower 70's
Comments:
Today I was a little tired, probably from the run of Monday which was not fast, but there were a fair amount of hills. The middle of the workout was the hardest part for me, especially around the 1200, but I think I stayed with the group pretty well. The good thing about the course was that it simulated a cross course well with the sharp bends. I don't know what else to write but hope this is enought detail for Chris Kelly who has been rather bored with my logs. But still reading about people running doesn't beat a good novel. Sorry Chris.
