Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was feeling pretty stiff, yet, but needed to run some speed. Ran solo, down to Amazon, a long loop around Tugman, then back to SEHS. Stride - and energy - came around pretty good!
Did 5 laps of 100 sprint -- on the curves, right turns - 100 jog (straights). TOUGH, as always. I like this workout for when I need speed, but don't want (or can't tolerate) the demoralizing splits.
Worked on:
- tall-forward
- back arch
- hip extension push (hip, not foot...)
- pawback
- overall foot-on-ground quick
Felt...solid.
Then ran to the gym and lifted: deadlifts, among others.
PM:
- some work?
- tried to nap, I think
- dinner
- beer at 16 tons with CA
