Comments:
Did most of the run with Levi, Jacoby, and Christian. 8 striders after. 2 sets of 20 pushups, 80 Russian (banned from the Olympics) twists, 20 rowing crunches, and 10 single leg bridges on each side. I'm excited to race tomorrow.
