Treadmill in gym w/ client

Very glad for an opportunity to run on a treadmill,as it seems to be much easier on the knee. Wanted to push the pace to get some gauge of how I might be able to finish my 10K this weekend. When I run at this pace, it requires much more focus and motivation than even at 30 seconds per mile slower. This is the pace that puts me under 50 minutes for the 10K, but with rain and the added distance, I will be happy to finish around 52 or so.
