Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long boring drive home. Good weather though so I can't complain. Ankle feeling tight like it has been but its time to get it moving. Ran the loop and it was slow, but I could handle it. All braced up I could feel the tenderness. Wouldn't be able to do a full training run but jogging and shakeout it fine now. Focus on working back now.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch when I got back as well as trying to stretch out the ankle. That was tough though. Its still pretty tight feeling.
