Comments:
Ran 8 miles at school in the morning, most of it with Greg Selke and Owen Memelo in the hallways. Trying to beat the cold weather. We did a mile warm-up and then a 5 mile run. I finished with 4 x 400 in 87-85-83-81. Easy cool down.
