Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Spent the day in Napa but we convinced everyone to let us sneak in a run. We hit up the good old reservoir. It’s been a while since I did much running and ankle was feeling ok in Yosemite. I really really needed a run though. Went the old loop and even added on a short section on some side trails. All things considered feeling decent. Hills were tough and we didn’t really feel in shape but felt like I could manage them. Finished up with some striders along the coastline.
Essentials: stretch
Minimal stretch honestly. Let’s feeling ok even though mileage is so low. This was the first run of the 2018 I believe. I know it’s needs to be the first of many to get through this year.
