Comments:
Ran 5 miles with Justin Micillo at track practice. Did a mile warm up, then 3 miles of 45 seconds hard, 15 second recovery. Ran 6 minute mile pace on the hard parts. Total times were 6:30, 6:40, 6:45. Could outside! Felt good. Nice, quick workout.
