Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got into it today. Definitely got the urge to run again. Sidewalks are decent and passable, but its tough to bypass in the dark. I thought I was well illuminated though. Got out, went by the track, then followed familiar roads, keeping an eye on pot holes and my ankle. This is the best its felt, felt like I could go comfortably along. Pace was easy just getting legs moving. Fresh air was good after a crunchfest in lab.
Essentials: Stretch
Simple leg stretch, I think all the walking and the few runs last week were enough to keep them from being too locked up. Need to do some more ankle stretches later on, its starting to feel a little bit sore.
