Comments:
6 by Sed. hills. First four with larger boys group, then last two with just Jack and Krav. Good to have Krav back, especially for this workout. I hung onto Jack's shoulder, while Krav worked behind me, pushing me up the hill. It was solid teamwork. I felt controlled the entire workout. Had a bit of a battle with the hill mentally on number five, but when I looked at my watch afterwards, it was faster than the last one so I was happy about that. Ran back to school, stretched, and did 3 by A-day weight circuit. Abs are abnormally sore.
