Oops... Intentions to run today. Got so hungry in the evening though I had to come back. I think after eating soo poorly over the holidays its taking me a while to get back on the schedule. I was also kinda overwhelmed and stressed thinking about the proposal, so it was good to come back, refresh and then get back to it. Feeling more confident. Feeling even more like I needed a run, but I just dont have the hours anymore it seems... Looking to get steady mileage on the weekends though. Ankle feels really great now.
