Comments:
Ran with the track team after school. Did a mile warm-up, 7 x 1,000 meters and a mile cool down plus strides and jogging. 7 miles total. My times were: 3:29, 3:29, 3:30, 3:29, 3:27, 3:27, 3:26, 3:45. We ran in the halls. Felt good.
