Comments:
Ran repeat 400's in the halls at school at 2:30. The place was pretty empty. Did a mile warm-up and then 12 x 400 at progressive pace with a 100 meter jog in between (45-60 seconds). My times were: 92, 91, 89, 89, 89, 88, 87, 84, 82, 81, 77, 75. Felt good. Mile cool down. 6 miles total.
