Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I needed to sleep in today to recharge. Nice weather and I took advantage in the afternoon. Sidewalks looking of too. It was warmer than expected abd I was over dressed a little bit, but felt good when the wind was whipping. Hills were tough, honestly havent been up them in a while and it showed. Took it smoother on the way back down. I was kinda struggling with the mileage actually, havnt gone this far in a while, at least since I busted my ankle. Its feeling way way better now.
Essentials: Stretch
Simple stretch, ITs a little bit tight need to focus on them a little more. For this week, pleased with the effort actually. Its definitely worth it to not go overboard and plan in to the run.
