Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Peak training run. Did the Groton Bank 5-miler (minus the bit from house to BML), then 2x the Groton 5.25-miler, then the Groton Bank loop again with the out-and-back to BML.
Felt OK through most of it. Last lap was pretty rough, as was expected. Not looking forward to the additional 6 miles of the race, but I know I'll survive.
