Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a warmup and then in the neighborhood as a team (a small one at that) for a little, and then came back to school for a game of freeze tag with the sprinters. There was a lot of hard running for about 30-40 minutes, and a lot of lateral motion. It was a lot of fun and now I'm super super sore. Did 3 sets of B day afterwards (just as a reminder):
1. Pullups
2. Lat pull
3. Box step-up
4. Airplane Row
5. Ab wheel
6. Hanging leg lifts
I plan to run both days this weekend since I won't be at practice on Monday--I'll take that as my day off.
