Comments:
Well I kinda wish I ran yesterday. Today was rough. Slept in and went later in the afternoon. On the way out, stomach kinda started to cramp up a little bit. I made it to the gym fine, but on the way back had to take it a little slower. Good thing is that ankle felt good, and it was shorts weather for sure.

Essentials: Stretch

Got back and just regrouped myself while stretching. Not sure if I went too close to eating or its been a few days. Feel worked up afterwards though, legs a lot fresher.
