Comments:
i needed to get in a long run longer than the half marathon distance. wished i could have done it sooner but things like that you can't rush. body did good today, stretched well before and very well afterward. hipflexer bothered me the last 4 miles. ran 6:50 pace first 5 miles, around 7:15 next five and proble 7:30 the last 5. really glad i finished today.
