Comments:
Ran Freezeroo #5, the 8-miler in Greece. Felt really good. Goal was to see if I could run 6- minute mile pace and break 48 minutes (My 8 mile best time was 48:36). Ran well averaging 6 minutes almost every mile and crossing in 47:58. 2nd place overall behind Chad Byler. Not a world record, but still a nice effort. Felt pretty comfortable. Ran a 2 mile cool down with Chad. 40 miles for the week.
