Fort Hill + Lincoln

Got to sleep in today and spent the day just recharging getting ready for next week. Today was Blarney, not a whole lot going on around it was kinda quiet. I went out in the afternoon, weather was swell. Still windy like yesterday, but that was refreshing. Getting a little anxious about the meeting but I am looking forward to it still. Started out fast down the hill, did the rail trail first then came back out through Amherst College. Looped up on Main St then came back on Lincoln and the stadium. Felt solid throughout actually even though I didnt do much the past few days.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

When I got back, had pretty tight calves, had to roll those out really well. Everything else feeling ok. Dont think Ill get in much of a run next week. I was able to squeeze in a run the last few meetings. Not much space in downtown LA though. Also got to see how much space I have in my bag. Eitherway, feel like I got some good miles to sustain me until I can get into another groove.
