Comments:
Well after getting in late and sleeping in a lot, Im still jet lagged... Got out for a shake out run after a week off. Legs kinda tight from the "workout" yesterday but it felt great to run. Up the hill to the traffic circle then back along the quad, just a nice easy jaunt. Only felt winded because of the cold air. Didnt feel like I took a week off, but didnt want to overdo it. Working back into some consistent mileage. Worst part was the temp. Why it got to be so cold out??
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch felt great I was pretty cramped on the flight back and legs were tight from that. Shake out did the trick. Feeling ready to roll now after returning from APS, still got that fire in me. It was a lot of fun and a nice milestone for the semester, keeping things fresh for me.
