Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the 8 with Hailey, Jenna, Maddi, and Joyce. Really happy for a first race back and being not in shape. Went out a bit too fast, but held on and only positive splat 5 seconds which I think was pretty good. The cold was numbing so I couldn't feel the pain I was in which was helpful! I will definitely improve once I'm in shape because I've run much faster in the past, but since I've only been running a few times a week for a few weeks I'm very happy to be starting here.
