Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
True morning run. It was kinda dark actually when I got up. I was pretty weak starting out. A few other runners made me feel like I belonged out there. Went up to Triangle, ran along the high school, then came back though town and down Lincoln. Finishing up felt much smoother.
Essentials: Stretch
Simple stretch, did not feel flexible at all. Its definitely tough to get up and go, but you feel a lot better afterwards. I didnt dally cause we were getting low on hot water...
