We Yasso'd! Well almost.

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We did 6/10ths of a Yasso workout. I think I could probably do the full thing, but it might hurt at the end.
Goal was 6x800m@3m01s with 90 second, or 200m, break.
1st: 3m18s, we uhh...got to talking and never really went for it.
2nd-5th: 3m01s pretty much on pace.
6th: Came through the first 400m at 1m30s(on pace) and then built into it and finished about 2m43s. Veronica almost beat me, I better watch my back :)
