Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got a lot of sleep last night, and I did a nap right before running, so I was ready to roll. Actually, felt great, legs were quick and I didnt feel sluggish heavy. The sun was out and it was quite pleasant. Coming back, started to cramp a little bit but in general held the pace. Running today was good and makes me wish I went out yesterday even more.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roll
Not feeling flexible at all when I finished up. Been a while since I really stretched. Had to roll out a little bit as well just to freshen up.
