Comments:
Today was my chillax day. This week, I felt like Jesus, getting my ass hung out on the cross all week, then sleeping it off in a cave for a few days and waking up ready to go. Pace was quick today, kept it up as soon as I started out. Up the hill, legs felt good and consistent. I got breaks at each stop light but other than that I held a strong pace. On the way back, had assistance from the wind. Also ran along with some Amherst College runners up to the bike path. Chatted with them a little bit, then picked the pace back up. I could tell though, legs were heavy when I finished it all up.

Essentials: Stretch

Just an easy stretch. Its been a few days since I got a good run and shake out to my legs, but they feel fine in general. I think I got used to the Passover diet already, the low mileage doesnt disrupt it that much. Looking forward to more spring time weather like this as well.
