Got right through it, good pump. There was some girl behind me just bitching the whole time and not working out. Really annoying and didnt encourage me to stick around very long. Kinda put me off of abs as well. Workout was:

Seated DB press x10 (15 lbs)
DB Row x10 (15 lbs)
DB Front Raise x10 (15 lbs)
PDBKBDBKDBL x10 (15 lbs)
