Comments:
Made it to the gym this afternoon in the midst of a productive day, trying to get things up and running again. Starting out, legs felt riled up, its been a while. I felt pretty strong out up on the hills and it was good to be moving. Coming down the hill in on the otherside of the course, stomach started to rumble pretty badly. I had to stop and wait it out, then cautiously make my way to Totman for a pit stop. Not sure why I got a cramp so all of a sudden. After getting that taken care of I didnt want to take any chances so I went back to the gym and stretched. Eitherway its probably not a bad idea to work back into it. Knees were feeling a little tight today.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Gym was crowded today, but I got a spot. I tried to just work it out, legs were not too tight actually. They felt quite flexible and good. Rolling helped also.
