Comments:
What a long day at Prep it was hot and sunny but the team took those challenges head on and performed extremely well! I ran the 16 anchor of the DMR and the 16 anchor of 4x1600. I attacked the first one and was rewarded with tying my PR at 5 flat. It's just a mental jump to get below that, but I don't really care if it comes this season or not I just want to feel like I stepped off the track having given a full effort. That's how I felt today after both races, and that's why I'm okay with the 5:14 result for the second. I'm tired, especially my legs, but I'm ready for more and to get into 2 runs for every cross training run this week. You wont see anything about shins in this log!
