Comments:
Fun day at AU with some distance guys. Hard workout. I thought the paces we were given were not ambitious enough but it turned out to be really tiring especially at this point in the season. I thought that I would take the 800 meter recovery (the rest were 4) after the 12 or the 16, but I ended up just waiting until before the final 400 because I really wanted to run it well and get quality speed in with good form. Aaron joined me on that one, and I was pleased with the result. A tiring, but extremely satisfying workout. This is also the first time I've run two days in a row in maybe three or four weeks. I felt great shin-wise, but plan to cross train tomorrow.
