Comments:
first mile felt good at 5:22, next mile i worked the down hills hard to gain a lead and kept pace up hills. had that ol deep down hurtin feelin from racing hard. second mile-5:18. last mile was tough but i had a good lead so i kept pace and ran a 5:25(5:58 for last 1.1). it felt good to run that fast again. hopefully it wont be long before i get back into my old shape.
