Comments:
16 by Reno hill with a recovery of jogging down the hill and after 8 we jogged for a few minutes. Honestly not sure what my splits were on the hill–I just put on a continuous timer. Felt good and was able to get some nice knee lift on the second part of the hill near the end which was exciting.
