Comments:
Run this morning was what I needed. Got up right for it, ran well. Its been a week and I could definitely feel it. Ankle was real tight actually. Morning was crisp and cool, refreshing. Feel like the mid week morning run re-energized me to keep up the pace I need in lab. It really does help, I need to keep those things that help push along.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch, ankle feeling alright overall. Everything else is kinda tired though. Need more miles, its simple.
