Comments:
Feeling flushed up today after a late night. I couldnt manage much, knew I needed to get things moving again so right before softball, I had to get up and go for a little run. It was tough starting out but I felt so much better when I got back. It wasnt too hot out either. Wish I could have gone a little further.
