Comments:
Crispy morning, slight fog out. Pretty sleepy, but knew deep down a run was worth it and I would regret not getting up to go. I was right. Felt good to shake out after feeling pretty sore from yesterdays game. No one was out this morning at all. Took it easy on the trails also to be safe with the ankles.

Essentials: Stretch

Solid stretch when I got back, legs feeling less wrecked. Shin still sore though, its all scraped up.
