Comments:
I was getting a little bit of a headache at Conte but I mostly got what I wanted done. It was an awesome day out, perfect for Pokemon Go Community day. I took my time biking home, then waited it too cool down before heading out. Stomach a little cramped. Took it easy in the meadow, then came back through campus to the track. Dropped 4 x 400 with about 1 min rest. Splits were even then tried to burn it on the last one. It was tough, HR was tempo at the end, but I held on and did it strong. Nice to know that I could whip that up. After all these years, it becomes natural. I hope to see the same trend in the lab. Cooled down real slow home, feeling pushed. Good to get out today. Could hear the tunes from the Taste of Amherst almost the entire time. Splits were: 81, 81, 81, 72

Easy stretch when I got back plus a lot of sitting and refreshing.
