Comments:
I think our heat wave is over. Still waited for the afternoon and the soccer game to finish. Its been a while, but I wanted to get out there. Ankle was fine. Started with a mile on the track, then went up through town, looped back down Dickinson and came around the edge of campus. It was perfect running weather, and I felt surprisingly good. Just rolling into it.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Hard to stretch, I felt pretty tight and constricted. Rolling helped with that. This certainly was a satisfying run, and even better weather.
