Felt very good on a long slow distance run. Average pace about a 6:48 mile. Wore GPS watch. Did a warm-up, a 5 miler, and a cooldown. About 7.2 miles. Also tracked exact distance of warm-up and Trent Loop. WARM-UP = 1.1 MILES TRENT LOOP = 1.4 MILES
