Comments:
Another perfect weather day. Somehow slept in a lot more than I expected. I needed to catch up on that sleep. Started off the run with a bike to and from campus, catching some serious pokemon along the way. When I got back, put on my shoes and turned around for the trail. Legs were toasted. Felt super heavy and stiff, and ankle was also pretty achy. Therefore, I kept it simple. Recovering from the hot week I guess. Nice collection of people out on the trail to say hi to, and the breeze and shade were just perfect. I think I got my legs moving enough, but still they did not feel fine tuned at all.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched outside, I think thats what I really need right now. It was hard to really work everything out. Ankle especially tight and achy, must have tweaked it a little bit too much yesterday.
