Comments:
Slept in a lot today, I needed to catch up. Just gorgeous weather out. I took my time in the morning and went out right at noon. First real run on this side of town. Took it nice and easy. Combo of the week and the weather made it a little slow for me. Glad I got it in and am refreshed to get the week going.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch outside the driveway on the lawn. Feeling tight in the knees. Everything else is solid though.
