Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Well, since I was already at the lake after my run, I thought it would be a convenient idea to go for a swim right afterwards. Bad idea. Running saps more energy than I thought. I got into the water, started swimming, and then realized this wasn't going to last long. The cool water felt good though, and the water was the calmest I have seen it in this lake. Just did a half mile then told myself I was good.
