Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went into Conte for a little bit to clean up a few things, then ran on campus. Just a solid loop around. Knees were pretty sore today. I kept it easy as a result. Loop consisted of coming around southwest then back through campus.
Essentials: Stretch
Right when I got back, it started to rain. I enjoyed it it cooled things down a little bit. So humid and hot lately. Knees feel a little better, but Im just tight in general. Mileage so low lately need to find a way to ramp it back up.
