Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up from an afternoon nap and headed out. Not as much rain today, just cloudy looking. I dont really know why im so tired lately. Run woke me up though. Started out down Rt 9, did the field in Wentworth, then popped out at Kiwanis and Stanley. I did a little loop around Fort River for a little add on. Not sure how far it is but I was going kinda slow today. Quads still really sore actually. Ankle feeling much much better. Kinda sad to think this is my long run. I definitely want to get my mileage up. Its been pretty poor most of this year actually. I was winded when I returned.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch and chill out in front of the driveway. The breeze was coming in and was quite refreshing considering the stretch of humidity we have had lately. I ought to stretch and roll a little more later. Legs just feel cramped up overall.
