Comments:
Ran at the end of the day. I was kinda feelin the week pile up at that point. I wanted to shake it out then. Started up from the parking lot and could see a huge thunderstorm rolling in. It looked to be north but I could hear it coming in. I decided against going up to Puffers and instead stuck to campus. I wanted to do a significant loop, but I saw several cracks of lighting and then is started raining, so I had to hunker down and let it pass. Just cut back to the parking lot at that point. Legs felt rough and heavy today anyways.
Essentials: Stretch
Came back and I was soaked, so I cleaned up and ate dinner first. Legs tightened up as a result. Gonna have to work on them more this weekend.
