Comments:
Got up early and headed home. Drive was uneventful it was nice to just sit back and chill for a few hours actually with something I am comfortable and familiar with. In the afternoon after hanging out got out for a run. Looking to get some hills in ran up Giles footbridge, across Stewart up to Ho Plaza and the arts quad, then came down university, Court and Albany. Thats a solid route through campus. The hills were good I worked them. Lots of kids out this is the first weekend of the semester and the sun is out. Coming back hit a lot of stoplights and that broke the tempo a little bit.
Essentials: Stretch
Solid stretch not as tight from the drive as I usually am. I think that past few weeks have got my legs rollin well. Mileage wasnt quite 4.5 but Ill round up for the hills.
