Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not the normal Fort River route. I was at Conte all day trying to keep my head above the water. Paused in the afternoon to go to the football game with Marcel and some Germans, which turned out to be very exciting and a great win. After walking back and forth I was feeling beat down. Finished up what I needed and came back as it was getting dark. I was very tired, but I knew a run would make me feel so much better, and its what I need to get through these next few months. Therefore, I just went out and got it done. Ran down to Fort River, did a little loop around, then did a little circuit on the playground with a 1/2 mile recover inbetween each set. I got a good pump on. Came back nice and easy in the night. Its getting to feel like that fall weather, very crisp and refreshing. It was comfortable.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch since it was late and I wanted to just chill rest of the evening. Gonna be sore from the circuit since I have not done something like that in a while. Not as much mileage as I wanted but I was time crunched and its more important to fit it into the long run.
