Comments:
Caught up on sleep today and did my chores before heading out on a true fall day long run. Got a solid loop together up through campus to North Amherst, turn right and go along Pine St. and come back on Pleasant and Strong all the way. Lots of roads but its cruzing pathways. Started out slow but got into it and felt good the second half. Didnt feel like I was slogging along at all and went by quickly. I think the weather makes a huge difference. If it was 90 out this would have been such a struggle, but its 60s with a breeze and leaves on the ground. Perfect.

Essentials: Stretch

Mild stretch when I got back, probably need to roll later. I am pretty sore from the workout last night actually, back and shoulders. Not too stiff on the run but they may be sore more now that I worked out everything.
