Comments:
Tienken loop, reached the corner of tienken and adams at 18:30...then started circut training on the way back...faster than race pace for 3 min, then sets of 60 sit ups or push ups (shoulder and reg) or crunches or dips...got back to apt at 33 min, then jogged a cool down
