Comments:
Now definitely into the sunrise crew. Pitch black when I headed out. Noticed that it was kinda warm and muggy, a wet front is coming through. Took a while to get into the pace but felt solid and upbeat by the end. Just felt good to get my legs moving.
Essentials: Stretch
Soaked my long sleeve and was able to stretch outside. Not feeling as tight and cramped as yesterday, thats what nice shakeouts are for.
